How to make hair shiny with photoshop

How to make hair more shine using Photoshop
The First Step
open adobe photoshop, here I use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS 5. (can also use photoshop latest version or versions first, because the core use is almost the same.) please open the face image to be edited, if the material does not have a picture, please take the following picture
Step Two
then we will select the hair that will be created shine, for selecting I recommend using the Lasso Tool, select Add to Selection, set Feather in accordance with the size of the picture, if small enough resolution photos using Feaher = 10px
The third step
please selection as in the image below
if any parts you want in the selection silahakn again press and do not release the "Shift" and then please select while pressing the shift key. why should press the shift key? yes, so that we make the first selection is not lost. and the results are just as in the picture below
The fourth step
after completion of the selection, the next step is to double layer, by pressing CTRL + J, and will appear layer 1
then we make the hair shine, by clicking Image> Adjustments> Levels
and set the parameters as shown below
Step five
hair will look too white, silahakan Select / Change to Exclusion mode, note the following images
In order for such seemingly natural and edits not let us use the Blur Tool

Just then applied on the edge of the edge of a white image to make it look natural,
And the end result as the following picture.
